• Individually handled the complete operations of a project related to offshore Oil & Gas at Marg Karaikal Port and various ports of Tamil Nadu Maritime Board India (TNMB) for ONGC, Aban Offshore & Schlumberger.• Experience in handling General cargo, Dry bulk, Pipes, IMDG & Project / heavy lift cargoes.• Handling Offshore Coastal and Foreign Vessels/Rig Barges & Dredgers.• Handled vessels in single voyage by filing IGM & EGM, Boarding formalities, Inspection, sounding/rummaging Bunkers and Bonded items on arrival and sail with Customs, Port, Immigration, Port Health Clearance to Foreign run.

• Liaising with Government Depts., i.e. Customs, FRRO, SIO, Embassies, Etc., for Securing Sanctions & Approvals.• Acquiring Entry Inward/Outwards of Vessel Movements around 8 Major & Minor Ports in South India.• Verification of Certificates/Documents received from clients for preparing Conversion formalities, Crew Change, Cargo ops, Duty payment to customs for Bunkers• Maintaining the Entire shipping related documents, Customer requirements & feedbacks.• Escalate the Operational Risk items to Clients and Higher Levels.
