The Beacon Group, acquired by Accenture, conducts organic and inorganic growth strategy consulting for Fortune 500 clients specializing in strategic planning, market assessments, customer segmentation, opportunity indexing, voice of customer, and commercialization of new technologies.• Responsible for primary and secondary research, analysis, and delivery on four projects in the Aerospace, Government & Defense, Technology, Healthcare, and Industrials practices.• Responsible for business development for core accounts within the Healthcare practice, where responsibilities include shaping and executing internal growth initiatives and strategies in accordance with vertical goals.• Elected to serve as a member on the Engagement Committee (September, 2019-September, 2020) where my responsibilities included planning and coordinating all of the cultural happening such as community service volunteer days, co-creating a diversity, equity and inclusion resource for my co-workers, the office Holiday party, and the office summer outing among many other events.• Conducted interviews and provided feedback for senior leadership about candidates applying for consultant through director positions.• Responsible for training new consultants including providing training direction and activities, daily feedback and progress reports to senior leadership and the new consultants.

• Curated two websites designed to display the legacy of two hip-hop classic crate albums, Enter the Wu Tang (36 Chambers) by the Wu Tang Clan and 3 Feet High and Rising by De La Soul. The websites incorporated articles, pictures, music videos, interviews and historical events around the release of each album in order to display the album’s legacy. • Additionally, I created biographical timelines for each hip-hop group’s website.

I cut and prepared meat for sale. I efficiently filled customers’ orders while collaborating with a team to maintain the meat department at its highest capacity. I addressed customer needs and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

I worked in Dr. Peter Tonellato’s Laboratory for Personalized Medicine in The Center for Bioinformatics at Harvard Medical School.In the summer of 2013, I conducted estrogen receptor breast cancer research in association with minorities, specifically African American women. I focused on estrogen receptor negative breast cancer and its association with a high mortality rate in African American women. I wrote an abstract, and delivered a 10 minute oral presentation for the Longwood Medical Area Community at Dana Farber.In the summer of 2014, I identified breast cancer risk factors from a data collection of patients from several hospitals in Japan. I used various statistical methods and published literature to identify risk factors associated with Japanese women in order to help create an online risk prediction algorithm. I needed to maintain complete patient confidentiality with the data set. I wrote an abstract and presented a poster to the Longwood Medical Area Community at Dana Farber.
