• Real Estate Fund Experience (U.S.) - Responsible for the initial start-up and ongoing operations of a private commercial real estate fund in acquiring, renovating, and managing strip shopping centers primarily in the Florida markets. Established guidelines and tactical plans for operations pre and post-acquisition of projects. Served as a key member of the Investment Executive Committee charged with the defining the financial criteria for acquisitions and future long range plans. Coordination with legal in the preparation and final formulation of private placement memorandum (PPM) and related investor solicitation documents. • Resort Development Experience (U.S.) – Served as strategic advisor of multifaceted projects involving land and residential resort development, sales, and management in both Florida and Tennessee. Participant in the selection of land and negotiation, formation of the project theme, design, engineering, governmental approval process, horizontal and vertical construction, financing, pro-forma cash flow projections, due diligence, establishment of and active participation with Homeowner Associations (HOA). Established relationships with national and regional homebuilders Centex Homes, DR Horton, Taylor-Morrison Homes, and Barna Log Homes.

• Responsible for ten (10)commercial projects including seven (7) retail strip and community shopping centers with over 900,000 sq. ft. and three (3) office complex, both Class "A" and “B” with over 275,000 square feet and a total value of over $100,000,000. Directly responsible for the supervision of multiple offices with seven (7) personnel members for the staff training, day-to-day operations including leasing and marketing, management, administration, budgeting and forecasting, contract compliance as well as upgrading performance. Negotiated leases for approximately + 240,000 square feet of renewals and new leases, totaling in excess of $1,600,000 yearly. Improved occupancy from 88% to 95% thereby increasing property valuation over $4,000,000 while simultaneously streamlining and centralizing operating expense billings. Negotiated leases with national, regional, and big box retailers as well as local “mom and pop” operators.
