Received big base pay increase. Found layout flaws causing the long time unsolved problem of "Charge Residual", and also package handling flaws.● Designed self-scanning image sensor: Designed sensor IC containing photodiode array and charge amplifier circuit. US patent. With layout versus schematic verification not available, a layout error occurred leaving power disconnected from output amplifier. The design was proven by scratching through oxide and smearing metal until the connection was made. Silicon and High Voltage Analog Devices: Device Characterization research support and development for Electrostatic Sensors● Performed characterization of HV CMOS Transistors, leading to development of HV voltmeter and dark/light control on prints: Captured and plotted data for IV curves, threshold voltage, and output impedance etc.. Final devices enable electrostatic voltmeter design essential to toner control so dark or light originals copy to corrected brightness.● Process definition of Ink Jet Nozzle Fabrication: Developed process steps for anisotropic itching of inkjet nozzles in silicon. Wrote project report
