• Served as the Customer Project Manager for Ericsson on the T-Mobile 5G Network in Croatia, delivering end to end project and customer management services, including Project Delivery management, Accredited Service Provider management, and the development of the End-to-End Service Optimization Solution. Managed the network planning and optimization of a pilot 5G network, in Zagreb, achieving speeds of 1Gbps.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Directed in a Client Partnerships Director position, for Niometrics in UAE, the business relationship management for existing data analytics accounts, in 11 countries, project charter negotiations, and the conversion of client requirements into optimally configured solutions. Developed multiple customer analytics use cases based on TM Forum standards, and data analytics solutions for mobile network operators.

Consulted the Business Development department on advanced techniques and strategies for Network Analytics use cases and solutions. Additionally involved into customer support on the delivery of advanced data analytics solutions and services.

Selangor, Malaysia

• Managed as the Customer Project Manager for Ericsson in Malaysia, a team of 8 Project Managers, 200+ engineers, and 25 Accredited Service Providers to deliver a 4G mobile network upgrade, for Celcom, with P&L responsibility of more than 40m$. The delivery scope included a Customer Experience Management Suite deployment, handling an excess of 100Gbs of real-time traffic.

Singapore

• Directed as the Deputy Director Contracts & Project Management role, for Niometrics in Singapore, the delivery of network analytics projects in the pipeline and developed analytics solutions and charters for new client contracts. Additionally, delivered instrumental support on a product portfolio upgrade, a Value Based Thinking analytics solution, for mobile network operators. Its pilot deployment, at a major MNO, achieved 12% CAPEX and 8% OPEX YoY reduction.

Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia

• Served as the Engineering Director for Indosat-Ooredoo in Indonesia, a major scale mobile network operator, managing the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department of 160+ FTE and the development of a custom training curriculum for augmenting their engineering competence. Managed the technical chapter of a $70 million Network Planning & Optimization Program awarded to Huawei and Ericsson and NSN.

Kreisfreie Stadt Aachen Area, Germany

• Managed as a Project Manager/ Senior Consultant, for P3 Communications in Germany, the delivery of various technical services and consultancy projects in Switzerland, Russia, Germany, and Korea. Supported the development of tenders and charters for new projects and delivered technical workshops to customers. Additionally supported the development of a PMI based Project Management of Service Delivery framework.

Germany

• Served as Project Manager of Network Integration Services, with Huawei in Germany, developing Service Solutions and Charters for the T-Mobile account and delivered various LTE technology showcases on behalf of T-Mobile. Managed the service delivery teams of all technical projects in the account and hosted several workshops and training sessions on LTE technology topics.

Mea - Southern Africa

• Managed, as a Project Manager NPO-BU for Nokia Siemens Networks in South Africa, the delivery of technical services for NSN in South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Malawi with a combined P&L responsibility of $27 million. Developed all Technical Charters for NSN accounts in the region and managed the delivery of the 2010 FIFA World Cup mobile network coverage project, using 3G DAS technologies.

Pakistan

• Directed as the Director of Radio Access Networks, for Huawei in Pakistan, the Managed Services project, utilizing more than 700 FTE, including the delivery of consultancy services to the CxO level of the client on network deployment and performance management strategies. Participated and contributed technical support in all commercial negotiations and developed the structure of Huawei’s Engineering Department in the country.

Germany

• Served on a Radio Access Network Senior Consultant role, for E-Plus in Germany, developing multiple technical project charters, aligned to the mobile network expansion strategy. Created a custom training curriculum for augmenting the competence of the engineering department and developed multiple guidelines and strategies on 2G/3G network planning and optimization.

Brussels Area, Belgium

• Managed as the Radio Access Network Manager, for BASE in Belgium, the deployment activities for the network upgrade to 3G, including the development of the roll out and acceptance demand chapters. Managed the project acceptance team of 10 FTE and contributed to the development of a long-term network expansion strategic plan.

France

• Led as a Radio Access Network Team Leader, for Aircom International in France, the service delivery of a 3G Network deployment for SFR in Paris. Managed the day-to-day activities of the regional team of 15 FTE and developed the country wide project reporting structure.

Responsible for the delivery of RF Planning and Optimisation Services on a 3G Network Optimisation project.

Delivered 2G&3G Network Engineering Services for a network modernisation project in Malaysia.

Managed the RAN team responsible for the engineering of a 3G network in South Sweden.

RF Planning & Optimisation management for the nationwide 2G Network Modernisation of the WIND Network in Italy.

Responsible for the Technical Section of an E2E Network Engineering Audit for a 2G Network in Kuwait

• Served, between 1991 and 1995, as a Radio Access Network Engineer, for Panafon-Vodafone in Greece, one of the 1st commercial mobile networks in Europe, delivering Radio Planning and Optimization services.
