I joined Alain Pinel after an accomplished career in consulting, private equity investments, and senior corporate management. During my previous business tenure, I analyzed, managed, and negotiated multi-million dollar investment, distribution, licensing, and sales agreements. All of this experience readily applies to the sale and purchase of real property. In addition to my business and financial experience, I bring my energy and enthusiasm to all of my clients.Selling or buying a home can be a trying and emotional time. From my experience in managing difficult and often complex situations, I know how to bring a steady hand, sharp focus, business acumen, and independent and creative thinking to guide buyers and sellers through what can be an arduous process, and to negotiate an optimal result.

AbodeStory was founded in Spring 2015 in San Francisco, CA with the mission of making property management simple, secure and intuitive. Our platform is the first comprehensive modern service directed towards independent property managers, homeowners, landlords and tenants. From initial onboarding to the final rent payment, the interactions between property managers, landlords and tenants have always been fragmented and unnecessarily complex. We aim to offer a simple, all-in-one solution. Our platform offers services like digital lease agreement creation, accounting for multiple properties, maintenance reporting and task management, allowing users to organize and manage all of their home and property documents and information in one easy place.We’re currently available in all US states. I have had a progression of professional and executive roles, from private equity investments to divisional management. I have managed turnaround situations, integrated acquisitions, and motivated my teams to think creatively and overcome obstacles, instead of looking backward and searching for excuses. Though Li & Fung is a large company, its divisions are run as standalone companies, so I run a lean, entrepreneurial business that can act quickly and everyone is encouraged to do whatever is required to get the work done. I have managed three divisions, increasing sales and returning each one to profitability.
