Continuing to seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, I have successfully secured the Project Manager position at NATS. In this role, I currently take ownership of three separate projects, consistently showcasing my ability to drive positive outcomes and contribute effectively to project success.My responsibilities in this role include:- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives.- Preparing accurate project business cases, including benefits assessments and feasibility studies.- Leading cross-functional project teams and fostering effective collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of objectives.- Implementing project management methodologies to monitor progress and secure timely deliverables.- Delivering effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.Identifying and proactively managing project risks, including risk mitigation and contingency plans.

After completing the NATS graduate scheme, I transitioned to the Deputy Project Manager role, demonstrating strong project management skills by taking ownership of multiple projects. I successfully implemented impactful changes, enhancing Airspace Design software, improving NATS' operational airspace management tool, and implementing numerous Military Airspace Changes.

Post gaining my degree, I returned to NATS on the graduate programme completing four six-month placements across different Programmes within the business. During these placements, I gained exposure to a diverse set of projects, project management styles and teams. Additionally, I took on sole ownership of a project during this period and successfully deployed a radar fallback capability into the Air Traffic Control operation.
