After liaising with the payer accounts department, I resolved the issue of non-VAT payment.● Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) – verification of subcontractors for four customers, processed their CIS returns and submitted them to HMRC monthly. Chased contractors for statement of deductions to show that PAYE/NI had been paid for the sub-contractors. ● Care home client - processed bookkeeping monthly for a care home company with 15 homes and a day care centre with an annual turnover of £2.5 mil. reconciling 3 bank accounts and 2 credit cards. Constantly chasing outstanding payments from local authorities and privately funded patients and received outstanding payments of over £150k in one financial year.
