Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune

In charge of the Exercise Division responsible for coordinating certification and readiness exercises for four deploying units, each approximately 2,500 Marines and Sailors, heading to combatant command areas of operation. These certification exercises encompassed coordination across numerous agencies, units, and supporting units across multiple states simulating operations in dispersed base locations. This coordination also required the Commanding General's awareness, preparation, and approval of these units for possible future crisis contingencies.

Commanded a Battalion of over 1,600 Marines and Sailors as well as managing the Administrative support to over 2,000 Civilians supporting the 39,000 Marines assigned to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Nc

Managed all administrative functions from manpower assignments, promotions, awards, correspondence for 53 different units assigned to the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing encompassing over 16,000 Marines and Sailors. Deployed to Afghanistan for over 1 year supporting over 5,000 Marines and Sailors in a deployed, combat, high intensity area of operations.

Pentagon, Washington Dc

Led a branch responsible for coordinating 73 different Joint Manning Documents for Joint Task Forces (JTF) responsible for over 4,000 members of all four services of the U.S. Department of Defense supporting all Combatant Commands around the globe. Additionally worked to brief the Secretary of Defense on service augmentation assigned to support these JTFs on weekly basis.

As Adjutant, managed the administration, manpower management, awards, performance, correspondence, pay for over 1,200 Marines assigned to 5 different Companies of the command. As the logistics officer for the Marine Corps Institute, was responsible for a $9 Million dollar budget for printing distance education courses as well as annually mailing over 30 Tons of mail to Marines around the globe.

Assigned from the Marine Barracks Washington as a White House Social Aide responsibile for the smooth execution of multiple Social Events within the White House encompassing up to 700 guests attending different events. Conducted over 140 events for President George Bush and his administration ensuring Guests were provided a worthwhile experience while inside the White House.

Marine Corps Base Quantico

Began as a Driver on a Light Armored Vehicle with a 25 mm Bushmaster cannon. During this tour, I was promoted to my final rank as a Corporal and became a section leader in charge of two Light Armored Vehicles with the Tube Launched Optically Guided Missiles launcher. This assignment gave me two vehicles and 8 Marines that I led into combat during Desert Shield/Storm in 1991. This leadership and management was for the lives, well being, and caring for the Marines under my charge and equipment totaling over $20,000,000 dollars.
