Changed work location as Biometrix closed. I worked at Océ for TMC for one year and was offered an unlimited contract at Océ. I am now working at Océ in Venlo as Industrial engineer. At the Asset Recovery (AR) department starting business cases to determine which parts can be re-used and industrialize these parts internal or external. I am also working on small projects like starting or moving small AR production departments. Also responsible for first line support of several production area's.At the moment I am responsible for several AR departments, AR controllers and controller parts, new build controllers, printheads, machine disassembly and the mechanical workshop. My work consists of supporting current products and introducing new products (NPI). For this last responsibility I have to work closely together with different departments like R&D, Production, EE, etc. Januari 1st 2019 I changed position at Océ. I am now working at the production line of one of our biggest printers as an Industrial Engineer. In this function I am responsible for NPI (New Product Introductions), software updates, solving problems during production, production improvements, problem reporting and solving both in the factory as in the field.

Eindhoven Area, Netherlands

Worked for TMC at Philips Biometrix as a Litho Engineer. In this function I was responsible for two stepper track combinations. Both maintenance and recipe programming in a working Semiconductor fab were my responsibilities. As the production went to the USA, this Philips fab in Eindhoven was closed.

Nijmegen Area, Netherlands

In this function I was the interface between the assembly fab’s (backend) and the department, I supported the assembly fab’s and cooperated in process transfers. I regular checked the yield figures and tryed to improve these. I was the primary contact for bumping process related problems. I managed the communication in case of problems and escalations. Assisted other departments introducing bumping technologies.

As Customer Complaint engineer I have analysed customer complaints, in association with other departments, by means of 8D reports (quality). The aim was to solve problems by means of corrective actions (diffusion, tests).

Tool owner Iridnet at the section Metrology with as project the Iridnet installation (infra-red communication and tracking system) which had to be to improved and extended in the diffusion fab’s. Improvements carried out in Corrective Action Teams (CAT) and 8D teams. Tool owner SMIF robots (300), responsible for a robot refurbishment project. Cutback activities introduced, think of component repair loops, which we threw away in former days (Teltags), or looking for second suppliers which often can provide faster and cheaper.

Project leader at the section metrology with as task forming a new department (6 persons) to maintain our Advanced Material Handlings Systems, this job was until then carried out by the supplier of the system. Metrology Cluster Team representative (international).

Manage 12 employees of which 10 in 5 shifts system, with as task maintaining the metrology equipment by preventive / corrective maintenance, creating recipes, etc. Responsible for staying within the budget and Service Level Agreements (SLA), appraisals, scrap coordinator, Metrology Cluster Team representative (international), representation of our section in different meetings, etc.
