Manage execution of all safety, loss control, and security policies and procedures for multiple facilities.- Maintain consistent communication with Senior Leadership on overall status of facilities and division specific key performance indicators relevant to environmental health & safety, security and compliance measurements.- Perform required auditing to measure compliance effectiveness of training, development programs and related activities to maximize employee performance and minimize losses to employees, equipment, and property due to unsafe conditions/acts and other related factors. - Manage environmental compliance in following of regulatory and company policies, procedures and standards.- Manage workers compensation and FMLA programs following federal and state specific law with coordination with third party carriers for workers compensation and FMLA. - Administration of substance abuse policy and related training.- Assist in administration of training and developmental programs beyond the scope of safety for all levels of management and administrative personnel. - Manage overall facility security in following USDA, OSHA, EPA regulations. - Manage execution of facility safety incentive program(s) and associated components required reporting - Manage facility safety committee, incident investigation team and emergency response team. - Complete regulatory reporting and internal safety key performance indicator reports - Subject matter expert to all internal and external customers - Coordination with maintenance and engineering staff relevant to facility and equipment safety and review of current and future projects for risk minimization.

Drive execution of store safety/loss prevention programs and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Use data to identify trends that may lead to accidents/injuries.- Ensure environmental compliance in following regulatory and company policies, procedures and standards.- Execute and drive shrink related operational processes. Independently analyze store data to identify associate behaviors and/or operational issues that may cause shrink. - Drive execution of the company’s internal and external theft and fraud strategy and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. - Conduct internal investigations in partnership with Human Resources. Prepare detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner. Monitor criminal cases, appear in court and testify if necessary.- Recruit and recommend qualified and competent hourly AP associates.- Supervise, develop and retain qualified hourly AP associates.- Manage multi-store district (8- 10 stores) with district AP staff of two Loss Prevention Managers and nine Asset Protection Associates. - Facilitate corporate mandated training as required for AP personnel and store management. - Facilitate new store set-up in following established corporate guidelines. - Partner with district store management as subject matter expert for all AP relevant areas of responsibility.
