When I graduated in 2020 with degrees in International Business and Mandarin from the University of Queensland, I was immediately cast into a world reeling from a breakdown in global interconnectedness. The world clearly needs skilled business leaders who can communicate across cultures, and effectively manage the risks of operating in a complex global environment. I am determined to build upon my learning and practical experiences to become one of these skilled business leaders. A fascination with history and the desire to positively impact the world drive my ambition to excel in all environments. I am a consummate team player, having experience in multi-disciplinary teams and leadership roles. Through these experiences, I have built strong skills in conflict resolution, managing teams in high-volume environments, data analysis, training staff, and high-quality customer service.
