Led and maintained the training process for manufacturing operations. Designed and developed many of the Safety and Quality processes and tools being used. Quality – Hired, developed, and steered the quality team for the Roper Pump Company. Established and led the audit program as well as all aspects of Quality. Led new plant from start-up to ISO Certification in just 14 months. Safety - Operational understanding of the risks and processes related to maintaining a safe and secure working environment, demonstrating the highest level of safety by ensuring that risks are eliminated or minimized. Managed and trained on all areas of safety, including forklifts, HazCom, respirator, and LOTO. Currently certified in CPR, AED, first aid, and bloodborne pathogens by the American Red Cross.
