👨‍💼 I am a leadership development & cultural competence coach and facilitator working with senior leaders and teams in multi-national organisations across Asia Pacific.📈 I empower leaders to develop and refine their leadership style and improve their communication and intercultural competence to enable psychological safety and inclusion for high performance. I work with a range of tools including Hogan, Workplace Big5 and Leadership Circle Profile and design facilitated strategy planning workshops & offsites for teams setting out their vision, and defining their objectives and KPIs.🌏 South-East Asia has been my home since 1995 having lived and worked in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia & the Philippines.
