Financial Solutions Group is a specialist team of Relationship Managers focused exclusively on customers in difficulty. The aim is to work with this client base, in a consensual manner, to maximize recovery prospects for the benefit of the customer as well as the bank. Each client has a dedicated Relationship Manager supported by an expert team, providing a fast and responsive service at all times, while recognizing the particular challenges encountered by customers who are in financial difficulty.I joined Financial Solutions Group in 2011 and currently am Head of FSG for Area North, which covers all areas of Britain, excluding London and the South East.I have over 40 years experience within AIB Group, in both customer-facing and Head Office roles. I have worked in Lending, Credit and Re-structuring, with particular expertise in Property and Construction, Healthcare and Leisure sectors.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching rugby, tennis and Formula 1 racing. I would like to improve my golf-handicap, time allowing.
