Undertake the role of CFO for "The Caravan" (a boutique hotel in Thessaloniki, Greece). Key tasks include creating well-structured models and business plans, budget planning, forecast cash flow positions, operational reports relating to revenue management.

• Credit and cash flow monitoring of over 20 loans in the bank’s portfolio with value over £500m. (gas pipelines, rail lines, oil terminals, wind, solar, IWPP, coal plants, etc). The task involved: o Perform financial statement and operating statement analysis o Ensure portfolio of assets comply with the internal rating standards o Review loan documentation and legal contracts and provide recommendation on waivers • Led the credit approval process for the bank’s first deal in Turkey by analysing the country’s power market and communicating to the bank’s senior risk committee the risks involved.• Provided investment recommendations for over 10 new loan transactions (among others included Nordstream - offshore gas pipeline in North Sea $6bn, Shams I – solar power plant in Abu Dhabi - $600m, Coal power plant in Turkey - $1bn, High speed rail line in France - $3bn, etc). The analysis involved: o Cash flow analysis with sensitivities and scenarios o Prepare investment memo with risk analysis and mitigation strategy

• Participated in the due diligence process of bidding on a Dutch renewable energy developer. The bid valuation included more than 70MW in solar and wind assets and the bidding process involved cash flow modelling, liaising with external parties for the due diligence (lawyers, accounting firms, etc)• Actively monitoring the investment of the fund in a solar manufacturer based in UK. Investment reports were prepared after meetings with the senior management of the company. • Prepared investment proposal and negotiated term sheet to invest in a Spanish renewable energy developing company.• Support the team origination efforts with focus in Southern Europe due to language skills - (Spanish, Italian, Greek spoken). Participation in conferences and public events.
