Current- Working as an HR Generalist within a small HR team - I have been responsible for the following:
- Employee Relations Casework - grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, capability, absence management, redundancy consultations, welfare meetings, and mediation.
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of topics including employment law and current legislation.
- Payroll - Monthly collation and organisation, reclaiming overpayments, implementation of outsourced 3rd party provider.
- HRMS - Superuser of CIPHR. Responsible for complete management of the system including data audits, reports, auto task creation, system, and onboarding.
- Process improvement - Utilising Microsoft packages, Trello, and CIPHR - I have been able to curate better efficiencies within the team, but also in the wider business by championing decision-making informed by data.
