Yodle is an online marketing company that helps businesses with new client acquisition as well as expand business' referral networks through contact management, reputation management and social media management software, At Yodle, I set appointments with various business owners to demonstrate internal marketing strategies. I ran online webinars to explain the benefits Yodle's software could provide and demonstrated how to implement these solutions within their businesses. I scheduled follow up calls, appointments and managed a book of business.Running through the entire sales process, from the cold call to the close, taught me persuasive sales tactics and communication skills.
