I've had the privilege of working with Southampton FC and Brighton & Hove Albion FC in roles that focused on hospitality sales and premium client experiences. My journey has given me hands-on experience in fan engagement, increasing commercial revenues, and contributing to the growth of these prestigious clubs.At Southampton FC, I worked as a Hospitality Sales Executive, where I developed skills in client management, event coordination, and sales strategy. Moving to Brighton & Hove Albion FC as a 1901 Club Executive allowed me to deepen my understanding of fan engagement and build lasting connections with club members - creating a strong environment where members can connect with friends and family with their love for the Club, whilst delivering a world-class match day experience.I'm passionate about growing the sport on a global scale, but also within the realm of women's football. My involvement with Women in Football (WIF) on the membership committee has allowed me to play an active role in supporting the growth of the women's game, which is something I’m particularly proud of. The committee strives to understand the membership and collectively contribute ideas and strategies for the organisation.I’m driven by the opportunity to connect with diverse audiences and help shape the future of football, whether through innovative fan engagement strategies or contributing to the expansion of the sport. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges that allow me to make a positive impact in the industry I love.Outside of work, I'm an avid sports fan and enjoy staying informed about global trends in football. I love photography and reading. My long-term goal is to continue contributing to the sport's growth, with a focus on expanding fan engagement, growing international fan bases and making sport accessible for all.
