From July 00 to March 02: after a secondary offering the company acquired GreenCross Vaccines. Moved to Korea as expat and filled the position of local CFO. After integration of this company into the group and expanding and reinforcing the business supporting functions of HR, IT and Procurement returned to NL in March 2002. Responsible for financial integration and supervision of several departments. From March 02 to March 03: corporate CFO replacement. Key role in the merger with a strategic partner, ultimately leading to the divestment of the business to Berna Biotech (CH). Involved in the early integration steps of both companies. Responsible for investor relations and involved in the corporate strategic processes. Supervising Finance, IT, HR and procurement. Heading finance projects, such as ERP and the merger with Berna.
