Developed and executed the business plan for the $300m Sony Music catalog and visual media business. Developed and directed an executive level sales and retail marketing staff of fifteen. The sales group provided high level sales strategies that were developed in conjunction with account teams at Amazon, Walmart, Target , Best Buy, Alliance Entertainment, Kroger, etc. Managed the out of home technology business solutions development and execution. This focused on a digital kiosk strategy that was executed primarily with mall developers such as Simon Properties, distributors/retailers like AEC and Barnes & Noble Launched Sony Music's Manufacture on Demand business in partnership with Amazon.com. Developed and launched in partnership with Legacy Recordings six new catalog product lines generating $26m in revenue, their first year in the marketplace.
