As the Product Manager my role was to implement Product thinking into the development process via implementing Scrum and coaching the team on the Scrum Framework. Daily tasks:- Running the daily scrum- Planning future sprints- Facilitation Scrum ceremonies (Daily scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo & Sprint Retrospective)- Managing Azure dev ops board- Agile coach to products owners & newly formed Agile teams- Overseeing increment releases - Continuously developing the Definition of Done & Ready- Process refinement & improvement - Ticket /Acceptance Criteria creation

During my time at Chelsea Apps I managed projects along the full project lifecycle. Working with clients to take an initial idea, cultivate it to an MVP, test market fit then build and release the full product, with most clients choosing to adopt a continuous improvement model once live.Daily tasks:- Running Design sprints- Conducting user testing- Defining product requirements (User stories with Acceptance Criteria's)- Running Build sprints - Running daily stand-ups - Facilitating Scrum ceremonies - Identifying UAT requirements
