I joined the Walt Disney World complex in 2018 during a transitional time into our summer period. This meant the role I was conducting soon became very busy and at times very stressful. I was able to create magical moments on a daily basis whilst ensuring the safety of all cast and guests. I was tasked with joining a college program improvement board- a job which I took very seriously as our views and comments would shape the college program outcome for 2020 and beyond.I had to quickly adapt to a very different work environment and learn a lot of new skills in order to perform my daily duties.
