As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor, I work with individual adults and with couples. That work is usually focused on modifying responses to challenges and difficulties in an adaptive way that fits you. I provide my caring engagement, along with applied psychology, integrated counseling theories and proven therapeutic interventions as my contribution to our working relationship. I make engaging with couples helpful by using a blend of knowledge from the Gottman's research and what I learned from The Couples Institute. I focus on the growth and development of each partner to increase their clarity and skills in order to improve relational patterns and mutual satisfaction.Currently I provide only teletherapy using HIPAA compliant video sessions. Teletherapy is convenient, saves time, is safe and proven effective.
