As a UCL Human Computer Interaction MSc graduate, I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge in data analysis, strategic planning, and user research to design and develop innovative and user-friendly digital solutions. I am motivated by the challenge of creating products and services that enhance the lives and experiences of people and communities.Before pursuing my master's degree, I worked as a Business Analyst at John Lewis & Partners, where I supported the delivery of multiple projects across different business areas, such as e-commerce, logistics, and marketing. I was responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, creating and managing test environments, and facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders. I also contributed to the improvement of the company's processes, systems, and performance by providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.
