We’d start every day with stand-up where we would talk through the previous night’s homework, how we are getting on with the current module and if we have any problems. We would then go into a mixture of lessons and labs, where we would complete a task set by our instructor. Cozy is an e-commerce marketplace focused on sustainability, health and wellness and interior therapy. I worked directly under the CTO and managed upkeep of the platform as well as dealing directly with suppliers at a B2B level, and really anything that came up.

• Dealt with a range of customers from fellow IT reseller’s to end users, developing attention to customer’s needs and desires. From managing this range of accounts, I have learnt how to adapt to a multitude of customers, each with very different circumstances and needs, driving me to be more successful and provide better service.• Released the potential in underperforming accounts, moving their business from elsewhere to me.• Managed the company’s largest customer and grew the profit figure by 1150% in 2 ½ years, as well as increasing the annual turnover by 300%.
