- Led the implementation of Oracle MSS & ESS across field sales and CIFA (approx 1200 end users).- Training technology lead for BTP, Interface between BTP and HR systems strategy driving efficiencies of time and expenditure by aligning to the Oracle 1st strategy which paves the way for a Co-op group centralised shared services function. Managing Stakeholders and initiating the requirements and development of 5 new learning suites to support L&D - Built the process to streamline learning demand and providing detailed MI on capacity management and created the role, sourced a high quality analyst and recruited to the post of learning capacity modeller.- Sourced authoring software and arranged for in-house up-skill to support blended learning approach.- Created & delivered executive presentations and project documentation to support the business case of a Learning Management system.
