In the role of Manager Professional Services I am responsible for the implementation of various software solutions at customers by providing optimal service. This concerns activities:• Managing the helpdesk to provide support to customers, consultants and partners.• Guiding and supporting project managers and consultants in carrying out implementations of the software at customers.• Facilitate remote and on-site support outside office hours.• Realization of acceptance tests for new releases of the software.• Updating the documentation associated with the products.• Develop and professionalize the team and the consultants.• Develop and maintain customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction.

In the role of senior consultant / project manager I guided the customers in the implementation of the supplied software components, in order to improve the quality of data in databases and business processes. During these implementation projects, which usually have a duration of six months to one and a half year, the requirements and wishes from the business have been translated into solutions and appropriate support for this from Human Inference software. Examples of such projects:• Data quality projects, which only look at improving data quality in existing systems. Analyzing existing systems and processes, optimizing data quality by using software and permanently guaranteeing quality by adapting processes.• Master Data Management ( MDM ) projects, for setting up and maintaining a central customer view, based on data quality, enrichment and Customer Due Diligence. The implemented software offers optimal facilities for communication with customers and to comply with GDPR.• Customer Due Diligence solutions, for matching data against sanctions lists, including national and European terrorist lists, PEP, OFAC and blacklists that customers maintain themselves.• Migration of data from various source systems to one new system, for example when implementing a CRM package. Such a migration prepares an initial fill of the new system, including cleaning, merging duplicates and enriching with data from external sources.

In the role of project leader I was responsible for the information analysis, writing a functional design and building a new so called AWBZ system. The system is a component of the central system that is used for recording and providing information in the field of insurance, claims and financial administration.In the role of consultant I was involved in writing a functional design and building software for the conversion of multiple databases for the introduction of the euro and making the associated systems euro-proof. The development of the software was carried out as part of a concern-wide project.

In the role of designer I was involved in the information analysis, writing the functional design, testing and supervising the conversions of AWBZ and Health Insurance data from accounting administrations stored in DB2 to an Oracle / Usoft environment. In addition, work was carried out for the further development of the functionalities and possibilities of the accounting system.In the role of team leader I managed a team of application developers. In addition, the development department is structured by, among other things, writing protocols for communication between the application developers and the departments they work with. Various guidelines have also been issued regarding the standardization of the software and the writing of documentation of solutions built.

In the role of consultant, my work consisted of documenting, porting and converting existing Cobol applications from a Mainframe to a Unix environment. The programs include an accounting system and a funeral bill system. Other activities include the construction of tools written in Informix to establish an automated exchange with the banking circuit and to realize the automatic generation of reminders
