Execution of the laying of MDPE 20mm, 32mm, 63mm, 90mm, 125mm pipeline by various methods including manual boring ,Moling , open cut , HDD .2). Commissioning of the MDPE pipeline to connect the domestic , industrial and commercial customers .3). Registration of the domestic customers . 4). Execution of the GI work for plumbing at customer’s houses and NG conversion of the same .STEEL PROJECTS : 1). Execution of lowering of 8” & 4” NB Steel Pipeline from rudrapur to kiccha ( 8 Kms Patch ).2). Planning & Survey of HDD & Open cut sections to be lowered as per site conditions .3). Material Planning & Requirement of FIM from Central store .4). SAP material Consumption & Material Reconcillation on monthly basis .5). Maintenance of Documentation Related to Main line welding , Stringing , Pipe Book , DPR etc. On regular basis .6). Running Bills processing of vendor and SES generation of the same so that bill can be processed

Oversee and monitor the progress of 3 distinct plants :1). Panipat : 105 TPD Paddy Straw to 15 TPD BIO CNG.2). Hisar : 105 TPD paddy straw to 15 TPD BIO CNG.3). Jhajjar: 150 TPD paddy straw to 20 TPD BIO CNG.Liasoning with government officials . Helping the specific project manager to tackle the work progress of all the three projects.Project scheduling and preparation of detailed gantt chart.Monitoring of project progress through maintenance of S curve.Visiting vendor’s store to verify material incoming.Efficiently allocating the resources to different manpower to generate outcome.Taking MOM for the respective meetings. Checking of vendor bills for further processing.Coordination with D&E , Procurement Department etc . Various department for smooth work progress. Taking daily updates from project team to obtain Daily Progress Report. Database Management for documents like RFQs, POs , WOs for the assigned projects .Preparation of Master sheet for easy access to documents .Technical audit for Vendors to check quality and access the Progress.Detailed knowledge of the process flow diagrams for PS BIO CNG Plants.Preparation of the presentation to review the progress of the projects on weekly basis , monthly basis and presenting the same before client .Planning of the whole plant setup and assigning tasks to different engineers such that the work flow is smooth.Creation of delay analysis to see the areas/prospects that lead to delay in the work progress and efficiently providing solutions to make the work progress fast.Monitoring the various activities involved in the project like installation , erection , commissioning of the waste to energy plants on regular basis .Managing the cash expenses of the projects and maintaining of the excel sheet for cash expenses for the different projects .Adhering to all safety standards as per the industry protocols and guiding others to do the same.Execution of the construction for the digester and other tanks.

Planned and executed the laying of MDPE pipeline (Dia 20mm ,32mm, 63mm , 90mm , 125mm ) approx. 70 km Area Under Patiala GAExecuted out all MDPE pipeline laying construction activities including Trenching (open cut, Moling, HDD)Executed the Flushing and Pneumatic Testing of the MDPE pipeline.Construction of 63mm, 90mm valve chamber and construction of Service Regulators.Commissioning of approx. 30 KM pipeline.Documentation work for the department such as-- preparation of Daily Progress Report.- preparation of backfilling and electrofusion jointing Report.- Verification of Green Graphs.- Verification of AS Built Diagrams. - compilation of near miss incident reports on weekly basis.- checking of RA bills of all contractors for all supporting documents, quantity claimed, certification of resp.
