I believe one small Positive thought in the morning can change your whole day , and believing in your vision and working productively can change your whole life .My Name is Harsh agarwal and I am a student at Christ University Bangalore, Department Of Management Studies, BBA Program . During my Under graduation i participated in various business stimulation management fest organised in our campus and outstation .I have a keen interest in Human resources hence my festing event was Human resources. Working for these fests i learned how to work assigned within a time frame and bringing out best creativity at the same time . I have also been associated with Hult Prize India 2017 as Campus Director for Christ University to organise On Campus Round for the worlds biggest fest for social action and innovation. During working for this fest i learned and experienced how these large organisations work and build network along with content to make such great events on global scale possible .Background In a summary about myself i wanted to talk about how i developed interest into management through my background.My family has been in the pharmaceuticals industry for about 25 years as C&F agents and Distributors catering our services to over 20 companies.Later started our own Pharma Company in the name of Kaiser Drugs Pvt Ltd.I have been working with my dad since i was small on how to use IT in the workspace to eliminate traditional methods to increase productivity. I basically learned my definition of management from my father and uncles who acted like great mentors to me.
