Role: Analyst- Commercial Planning and Analysis (CPA)– part of the strategy & commercial office of the CCO & CSO.Responsibilities: Big Data Analysis, processes, CxO reports, Management Information System, BI Tool, Models, Audits.1. Revenue Management: a. Weekly Reports for flight level/route level performance.b. All type of analytical support.c. Conduct weekly RM reviews for trends and course correction.d. Complete MIS support for competitor analysis.e. Business intelligence support for better data visuals.2. Airports:a. Built an internal website for airports to store circulars, rosters, reports, notification updates and training.b. Built, maintain a tool & process that streamlines, standardizes daily sales reports at airport ticketing office across network.c. Process development and enforcement for seamless operations and system improvements.Other departments include corporate planning (asset related evaluations). Closely work with IT for data feeds, processes, and enhancements.Support all ad-hoc analytical requests as desired by the CxO leadership.
