With a BTech in Computer Science from Manav Rachna International University and a PCNSE certification from Palo Alto Networks, I have a strong background in network security and troubleshooting. I am currently working as a Product Support Engineer at Zscaler and a Network Security Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, where I apply my expertise to provide excellent customer service and support.In my roles, I have contributed to the configuration, installation, optimization, and performance monitoring of next-generation Palo Alto devices, such as firewall, panorama, and global protect VPN. I have also handled critical and escalated tickets for top-priority accounts and performed log analysis and root cause analysis. Additionally, I have worked as a Technical Lead at Palo Alto Networks, leading a team of engineers and collaborating with network architects on network optimization and upgrade projects.I am seeking a full-time position in a professional atmosphere where I can continue to expand my knowledge base and develop professionally.
