:-Skillfully interpret electrical schematics to accurately connect wires, ensuring compliance with design specifications:-mount a diverse range of electrical components onto control panels, including relays, PLCs, I/O cards, circuit breakers, fuses,transformers, and disconnect switches.:-Calculate load requirements to select appropriate wire sizes for different components within control panels.:-Conduct comprehensive point-to-point, and power tests in accordance with CSA C22.2 standards before the shipment:-Perform on-site field wiring at customer locations, integrating sensors, motors, light curtains, and junction boxes.:-Set up Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) parameters before operation to optimize motor performance.:-Conducts Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) as per industrial standards.

Onsite Commissioning and Handing over the completely running machine to the customerConducted thorough troubleshooting of conveyor belt issues, addressing mechanical, electrical, and software- related problems to maintain uninterrupted operations.Attend Machine Breakdown and provide customer support. •the guidance of P&ID diagrams Pneumatics and Electrical drawings.•Guide the electrical team to do the field wiring on site.
