- Designed systems to power AI Chatbots for different use cases using Rasa, an open source technology which was backed by a Voice bot architecture. I owned this system which served the data aspects of the Mobile application. This internally communicated to different microservices which would provide the recommendations, content library and the user data. This service was built in NodeJs and it had total user base of around >2M users.In order to improve the performance, Elastic search was used to fulfill the search queries faster.
