The Under 25 Fellowship is an exclusive program that empowers young leaders to represent the Under 25 brand and its mission to inspire creativity, innovation, and youth-driven change. Fellows are provided with the opportunity to build their leadership skills, expand their networks, and create impactful events within their communities.At MITWPU, I successfully served as the Student Lead for the prestigious Under 25 Summit, one of the most highly anticipated youth events on campus. Through strategic marketing campaigns and targeted promotions, the event garnered over 1,000 RSVPs, reflecting its widespread appeal. I took the lead in managing event logistics, ensuring efficient crowd control, and coordinating security measures to maintain a seamless experience. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the official Under 25 team, overseeing guest management and event flow to deliver a dynamic and impactful summit that resonated with all attendees.

The Under 25 Pune Summit was an incredible experience where I had the privilege of leading Team Blue as the Point of Contact (POC). Our team achieved remarkable success, securing 2nd place in the Hustlers Collective, which was a testament to our dedication and innovative approach. We also sold over 200 tickets through targeted marketing campaigns and effective promotional strategies.As part of my role, I helped organize and execute various marketing campaigns that included college-to-college talent hunts and summits, notably at institutions such as AISSMS. These initiatives played a key role in engaging the local community and driving awareness for the event. Additionally, I contributed to Pune's Got Talent, an initiative that spotlighted local talent and created buzz around the summit.Overall, my experience in leading Team Blue was an invaluable opportunity to hone my leadership, marketing, and event management skills, while also contributing to the success of one of Pune’s most anticipated youth events.

As the Organizer of the RIDE event at MIT World Peace University, I led the Speaker Relations Department, ensuring a seamless experience for our distinguished guests. The event had more than 8000+ attendees , 30+ Speakers , 40+ Startups and 400+ Mentors. My responsibilities included:• Guest Travel, Transport, and Accommodation: Coordinated travel arrangements and accommodations, guaranteeing our speakers received top-notch support.• Liaising Officers: Collaborated with liaison officers to maintain open lines of communication, facilitating effective interactions between speakers and the event team.• Guest Relations: Cultivated positive relationships with our guests, addressing their needs and concerns to create a welcoming environment.• Event Curation: Played a key role in curating a diverse and engaging lineup of speakers, contributing to the event's overall success.This experience enhanced my organizational skills, strengthened my ability to manage stakeholder relations, and deepened my passion for event curation and guest engagement.
