- Achieved $8M savings and cost avoidance $2M by finding gaps throughdata analysis and productivity improvements in direct materials (packaging, chemicals, bio chemicals, plastics etc.) at a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.- Led team (1/2+) developed an insourcing for the filtration category, saving $18M through spend analysis, strategy through spend analysis, opportunity assessment & PMO support of $120M spend for 5 divisions and 20+ global sites.- Led digital transformation by creating a planning tool that cut costs by $50K per purchase order and ensured supplier reliability.- Managed 153 tail spend suppliers with $100M spend, generating ~$20M savings in Q3 & Q4 2023. Team coordinator. Critically analysed the Economic survey of India 2018 and compared different states based on different indicators. Data interpretation and analytical comparison of government policies. Ended the project by giving a proper report of the research done and policy recommendations for the better work to be done.
