This is a first of a kind multi-unit overlap to execute simultaneous refurb projects never done before in the nuclear industry. • Successfully refurbished and completed Primary Heat Transport Impeller inspections in Refurbishment to save dollars as cost of avoidance to OPG. • Recevied five Power of View (One OPG) Award nominations for successfully managing Balance of Plant department portfolio in Refurbishment. • Supported ONE OPG Key Influencer team with completing several key activities (ex: streamlining request for quote (RFI) process with Engineering, preparing/delivering Success in Matrix workshops, continuing Start/Stop/Keep sessions in Balance of Plant group).

• Provided oversight on Outage readiness and received three successive WHITE ratings on Procurement items (fleet best performance at the time at PNGS). • Successfully supported both outage and online procurement demands for Pickering plant. • Assisted in setting up process to support rush deliveries for off work related/weekend hrs for Pickering and Darlington. • Provided support to Warehouse to oversee stock keeping and receipt inspection activities to meet fleet demands.

Service Water, Compressed Air, Screenhouse etc). • Reviewed/approved system health reports, workplans, action tracking items to improve equipment reliability• Successfully supported NSRB (Nuclear Safety Review Board) audit as Engineering SPOC to help oversee and coordinate all Engineering responses in 2014 (Audit was a success for Engineering). • Supported Corrective Failure Review (CFR) process to improve plant reliability. Involves reviewing path-forward on broken equipment to prevent recurring failures.

• Rewarded CNO recognition for improving Pickering 058 heating & ventilation system health color from YELLOW to WHITE • Improved System Health Color for Instrument Air system by driving corrective actions and changing System health color YELLOW to WHITE. • Received Successful WANO evaluation for Instrument Air. • Successfully participated in OCC (outage control center) as Engineering lead for various outages.• Received five VIA (Values in Action) rewards for completing fire safety assessments, supporting compressor maintenance, resolving instrument air governance issues and assisting moisture problems to breathing air systems.
