Management Consulting - Business TransformationsProject in the procurement team for analyses of software contracts for a major bank to look for future financial exposure due to exponential increase in customer base. Analyzed a total of 70 contracts and recommended which contracts had future financial exposure, after analyzing the software and customer base of the respective contracts.Project in the operations and strategy team for corporate restructuring of the organization of a major client, to reduce operating costs and also to improve their processes. Used time estimate survey methodology to analyze 400 employees, and used the data to analyze company functions and performance related to their finances. Benchmarked the analyzed data with the industry average and recommended a high level future restructuring plan for the next 2 years, showing $3.2 million savings annually.

Project to determine whether buying trucks rather than renting would be more beneficial for long term transportation of wholesale goods.Considered fixed costs (rent or cost of capital) and variable costs (various running costs) for analysis and comparison.Proved that in a period of five years, buying would be 20% cheaper than renting considering all the costs.
