I am an Corporate Executive in Project Management & Control at Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Co. Ltd, working under the direct mentorship of our CEO. Specializing in Petrochemical Engineering, my focus is on mastering Project Management, Cost optimization, and Coordination.In my role, I contribute to and oversee a variety of key projects, including:- Fertilizer Plants- Petrochemical Facilities- LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) Projects- Captive Power Plants (CPP)- Gas Processing Plants (GPP)- Jetty Constructions- Pipeline ProjectsI review MIS reports, follow up on baseline schedules, analyze schedule gaps, align with stakeholders on catch-up plans, coordinate standardization efforts, manage bulk procurement requirements, monitor project milestones, expedite pending issues, conduct delay analysis, and track resource needs to support project teams in meeting timelines. This position allows me to gain strategic insights from top leadership while actively participating in the successful delivery of significant projects.
