* Offer letters for senior positions and campus selections with defined CTC structure and provide these to recruitment team.* Support recruitment team in walk in 

HR MIS:-* Update all HR MIS reports at every new joining, new increment, new separation on daily, weekly and monthly basis.* Share these HR MIS reports with senior management for further decisions.
