Ensure training records are current and maintained in conjunction with the Production Supervisor.•Ensure in-process sampling and monitoring is completed to ensure batches meet specifications; troubleshoot and improve processes, procedures, and product issues and encourage others to get involved.•Review and/or revise manufacturing documentation including SOPs and IAUDITOR leads, assist, and participate in investigations. Balance multiple tasks prioritize critical tasks and assist others to do so.•Communicate issues and potential solutions to the top head as they arise and carry out related duties and/or assigned tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the team and business.•Solve moderate to complex problems within process guidelines and assist others to do the same. Independently works to complete a variety of complex to difficult tasks.•Facilitate positive team dynamics, including resolving any difference in opinion or approach.

•Responsible for planning and organizing the day-to-day inwards/outwards goods.•Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and processed final products.•Take and handle deliveries pay attention to invoices and quantity.
