I play a pivotal role in developing iLens, our innovative Loan Origination System, which serves as the bank's primary Digital Lending Platform cum Product Suite for all Retail Asset Journeys, including Mortgages, Personal Loans, Education Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans (WIP), and standalone offerings like Insurance and Vendor Integrations. iLens revolutionizes the loan lifecycle—from sourcing to disbursement—acting as a unified interface for employees, third-party agencies, and sourcing channels.My focus is on optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing user experience through Digital Transformation. I achieve this by leading major API Integrations, modernizing and overhauling Legacy Systems, and fostering seamless Vendor Collaborations. These efforts automate workflows, minimize manual data entry, and develop user-friendly solutions that streamline operations and boost overall processing TAT.My journey in Product Management is built on a solid Technical foundation, holding a B.Tech in Production and Industrial Engineering with a minor in Computer Science Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU).
