As a Management Trainee at Shriram General Insurance, I work with corporates and brokers to provide customized solutions for their insurance needs. I leverage my skills in relationship management, market research, and research and development to deliver value-added services and increase customer satisfaction.I am also an MBA candidate at IIM Visakhapatnam, where I learned to enhance my leadership, innovation, and execution abilities. I have a strong marketing and sales background, having previously worked as an Associate Marketing Head at ThinkPlus Education Technology and an Administration Assistant at TTI Consulting Engineers. In these roles, I conducted mentoring sessions, organized seminars, led a team of interns, and managed social media and website design.I am passionate about exploring new opportunities and challenges in the insurance industry, and applying my knowledge and experience to create impactful solutions.
