 Looking after Contract agreements, Billing schedule & payments, extension to Contract, etc Well versed with scope of work involved in Engineering, Procurement and Construction.  Responsible for Overall Execution of Naphtha Isomerization Unit under VRMP and working in close collaboration with M/s TECHNIP as LSTK Contractor.  Looking after project execution involving multifarious activities broadly consisting of civil, structural, mechanical, equipment erection, Pre commissioning and Commissioning activities.  Well exposure of prerequisites for bringing upcoming projects in petroleum industry from the scratch and its overall planning and related activities in relation to project monitoring. Well versed with protocols needed for Project Safety. Well versed with Projects Quality as per the QAP in the tender at site as well as in vendor shops. Responsible for looking after Vendor management. Responsible for activities including Performance Guarantee test, Final Acceptance Test, Bank Guarantees, Essentiality Certificates, etc.

 Well versed and handled Land acquisition and negotiations with Visakhapatnam Port Trust and other agencies. Handling and preparation MIS Reports, Dashboard for Ministry, Financial reports, Project Progress report,etc. Dynamic planning and monitoring activities of Project involving multiple Lumpsum Turnkey (LSTK) Process Units post awarding of Contracts to Final Commissioning Certificate. Monitoring of Contracts and related activities. Working in close collaboration with M/s EIL Ltd as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for overall project monitoring and its implementation. Preparation & monitoring of Capital expenditure plans (Capex) & Cost estimates of the overall project. Handling several miscellaneous reports generation and centrally following the execution of the work as planned against actual for effective analysis and utilization and more scope of development.
