Main client is a Fortune 50 Telecom company of USADeveloped an automated ETL flow on KNIME Business Hub for data gathering from multiple sources, joining them and doing Data Prep and finally validating it before updating in database. From 3 hours to 20 minutes.Developed a Tableau Dashboard with a collapsible views and multiple charts for different KPIs with respect to there goals, so to give an overall summary and deep dive in data to stakeholders. To decrease lag in Tableau Dashboard, created multiple calculated fields in ETL process itself, such that load time decreased by 60%.I created a Open AI based assistant for our telecom client's sales rep, that helps them by recommending products to reps according to customers previous records and also calculates and finds products for ease of reps, so that they can concentrate more on sales.Optimized legacy SQL codes by implementing CTEs and temporary views, reducing query fetch time by 24%.Created an Excel Dashboard using Power Pivot as required by client, such that it can easily be refreshed every day and can monitor rep performances.Analyzed the client data and provided the insight that lead type in question is handled better by Inbound reps than other type of reps, so higher number should be handled by them for 28% better returns.Developed a similar SQL query as ETL flow to automate the data gathering and processing from different sources to create a final flat file, that is used to refresh our reports and Dashboards for visualization.Created a Power BI Dashboard for a NGO connected with our company.
