In 1994, I led the company’s transition into the IT sector, anticipating the impact of emerging technologies like Windows 95. Over the next 13 years, I guided the company through various evolutions, ultimately transforming it into an Internet Service Provider.In February 2006, I took a leap of faith and founded Nanotek Consulting Corp. Over the next decade, I transformed the company from an infrastructure management firm into a leading cloud platform computing business. Our focus areas included:Cloud ComputingEnterprise SecurityEnd User & Infrastructure Support ServicesApplication Management and CustomizationThrough this venture, I gained invaluable experience in modernizing mission-critical business applications and delivering tailored software solutions.With the success of my IT ventures, I began diversifying into real estate investments. My first significant transaction in 2006 was a $1.1 million investment, followed by a $3 million acquisition in 2011.In 2014, I made substantial strides into high-level real estate, focusing on land syndication and land banking opportunities. Some notable achievements include:2014: Invested $15.8 million in a land deal in Milton, later sold for $165 million in 2021—marking the largest land deal in Milton's history.2014: Acquired land parcels in Caledon, Kennedy, and King City for $16.2 million, sold in 2022 for $158 million.2015: Secured three parcels of land in Brampton, now valued at approximately $60 million each.These successes motivated me to shift my primary focus to land banking, leading to further strategic acquisitions, including a 40-acre parcel at the Brampton-Caledon border and a 114-acre parcel in Niagara Falls.In 2016, I expanded my horizons into real estate development as the head of PRG Group.
