• Assess clients' needs, recommend, and assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services.• Stay current in the industry and research new products to introduce to our customers; prepare and update corresponding quotes; make recommendations and help to manage appropriate levels of inventory.• Researches, explores and identifies opportunities for business within an assigned territory through various methods such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.• Collaborate with the management team to execute sales strategy to increase market penetration.• Present our offerings to potential clients in person, virtually and at networking events• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services and Build long-term trusting relationships with clients• Report to the Director of Sales (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with sales results• CRM record keeping and lead management of all customer interactions• Analyze and assess course sales trends.
