My hands-on experience includes Lathe Operation, Precision Machining, Surface Grinding, and Quality Assurance, all of which are crucial in maintaining the high standards our products are known for. Additionally, I have developed expertise in Lean Process Improvement, ensuring our operations are efficient and cost-effective.Beyond the technical aspects, my role has allowed me to gain valuable business administration skills, such as strategic planning, team leadership, and process optimization.
