* Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff.*Preparing weekly schedules for staff, and finding suitable replacements in case of staff absence,*Ensuring that all cafe expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.* Receiving delivered cafe supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.* Taking inventory of cafe supplies and ordering new stock as needed.* Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.* Suggesting new menu items based on customers preferences and feedback.* Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.* such other duties as may reasonably requested by Management

Duties:1. Meeting and greeting clients.2. Arranging couriers3. Help customers to navigate around.4. Keeping reception area tidy.5. Screening phone calls.6. Answering and forwarding phone calls.7. SOrting and disturbing post.

Rollover system for next day.*Closing, balancing, and making necessary corrections to guest accounts.*Counting and balancing cash, credit cards, and direct bill accounts.*Listening for or anticipating and responding to guest complaints.*Entering/changing reservation information on the computer system.*Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the housekeeping office.*Clean all assigned guestrooms including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside windowcleaning, and replenishing rooms with supplies.
