About me, after successfully completing my Bachelor of Civil Engineering in India in 2016 also completing an Internship where I further cemented the learning gained during my degree. Working as a Site Engineer I further cemented the learning gained during my degree, where I prepared and distributed progress reports, liaising with senior staff regarding work to be completed and prepared work distribution of schedule for workers. Besides this I also worked on Auto Cad Civil-3D, designing storm line and water line and being assigned to work on a key project for them in the construction of a residential development of more than 50 homesIn 2017 I came to Australia to complete my Master of Engineering – Civil Engineering (Honours) at RMIT, successfully completing my degree in November 2018.Since this time, I have worked with a local Insulation Installer and I am now seeking a suitable position where I can further develop my skills, knowledge, and experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering in a professional business environment.Each position I have held has required a great deal of responsibility, working in fast-paced environments, broad in scope and requiring strong planning capabilities. I possess solid leadership and motivational abilities with a capacity to foster team productivity, efficiency and high quality of work performed which has been represented in a consistent record of achieving and exceeding business targets and customer satisfaction.I have a positive attitude and no difficulties in working under pressure, I am accustomed to being resourceful, and understand the importance of being organized, working to company and customer requirements. I have excellent time management skills, self-motivation and determination to achieve goals. It is my intention to build on my achievements and develop my skills to further my career whilst having an important role in this any organization.
